2021-1: Week 7, Day 1

Close Grip Spoto 4x9 at RPE 7-7.5  (195/9, 200/9, 195/9, 185/9)  (the last set was the only true Spoto because I forgot about the pause during the first three sets)

Paused DB Incline (explosive with push) 7 sets 5 reps - 45-60 seconds rest in between  (60's/5, 60's/5, 60's/5, 60's/5, 60's/5, 60's/5, 70's/5.....I kept the rest periods around 45-50 seconds)

Paused Lat Pulldown 4x15

Barbell Row 4x15  (135/15, 135/15, 135/15, 135/15)

Single Arm DB Shrug 4x20/side  (40, 40, 35, 35)
