I came up with this for fun yesterday and am going to see how long I can last:
Plank
each day and increase the hold for 10 seconds each day. I set the goal
at 30 days... probably pie in the sky, but let's see how long I last. I
am using 1:00 as the time for day one, will do 1:10 on day 2, 1:20 on
day 3, and so on. I will use this page to update the daily results.
12/14/2015: 1:00
12/15/2015: 1:10
12/16/2015: 1:20
12/17/2015: 1:30
12/18/2015: 1:40
12/19/2015: 1:50
12/20/2015: 2:00
12/21/2015: 2:10 (getting difficult)
12/22/2015: 2:20
12/23/2015: 2:30
12/24/2015: 2:40
12/25/2015: 2:50
12/26/2015: 3:00
12/27/2015: 3:10
12/28/2015: 3:20
12/29/2015: 3:30
12/30/2015: 2:25... just died out.. maybe a mental thing, maybe it's from squats yesterday, I don't know. I will try for 3:40 again tomorrow.
12/31/2015: came up well short again, so that's a wrap. 3:30 isn't bad, I suppose.
