  * I wasn't 100% confident that I'd get the third rep of the second set of 255 without a spotter, so I racked it, and did a single at 260.  This was the second week in a row that benching felt strong.... hopefully this is a trend.

  * 190 is 80% of my 1RM, but it was way too light, so I bumped it up to 200.

  * First time doing these. Set up pins as close to the chest as possible and rest the bar on the pins. You then press up. So, you are essentially starting the bench press motion from the bottom of the movement.

I had this idea of doing a few sets of triples at a decent weight after deadlifting. Here's what ended up happening: 155/5, 155/3, 245/1, DONE.  I was TOAST after pulling.. felt it right away during the first set of 155.
