Plate Loaded Lat PD: 180/10, 200/8, 200/8
TRX Rows: 10, 10, 10
Cross Body DB Curls: 30's/12, 30's/10, 30's/9
6 sets of abs at the end. (3 sets of leg raises, 3 sets of ab wheel)
