Day 2 - Light Bench

Band Pull Apart 2x30

DB Incline Fly 3x12 - moderate weight

Single Arm Lat Pullover 3x12/side

Competition Bench Press with Pause 6x4 at 60%  (170/4, 170/4, 170/4, 170/4, 170/4, 170/4)

Close Grip Bench plus mini bands 3x4 at 65%  (185/4, 185/4, 185/4)

Banded Tricep Extension 100 reps - split up however you'd like
