Competition Deadlift 1x1 at 80% (415/1- this flew)
Competition Bench Press 2x2 at 80% (225/2, 225/2), followed by 4x4 at 70% (195/4, 195/4, 195/4, 195/4)
Beltless Competition Squat 3x4 at 70% (300/4, 300/4, 300/4)
Windmill 3x10/side (not a fan of how my shoulder feels during these)
