Single Arm Lat Pullover 4x12/side
Competition Bench Press with Pause 4x3 at 70% (195/3, 195/3, 195/3, 195/3)
Close Grip Bench plus mini bands 3x3 at 70% (195/3, 195/3, 195/3)
Banded Tricep Extension 100 reps - split up however you'd like
