Tempo Competition Squat against light bands - 4x4 at 60% (255/4, 255/4, 255/4, 255/4)
Jump Squat (holding KB in a sumo stance) 10 sets of 4 reps
GHD Paused Sit Up 4x15 holding a Med Ball
