Last gym session for two weeks. Went out with a bang. 

Barbell Rows
155/12, 185/8, 205/7, 205/7, 205/7

Overhead Press
140/8, 150/8, 160/8 (8RM), 170/5 (5RM)
    * These felt great tonight!

Curls: 3 sets

Triceps Pushdowns: 3 sets

V-Ups: 3 sets
