Warm Up- Regular Squat: 45/10, 135/10
Pause Squat: 225/3

Deadlift

186/5, 225/4, 265/3, 305/2, 325/1, 335/1, 346/1

Iso Lateral Seated Row Machine

62/100 (did all 100 straight through without any problem- easy set)

Conditioning

~ 1 hour of basketball
