Week 4, Day 1: Volume Day

Squats: 275/5,5,5,5,5; form was pretty good...will keep tweaking to improve.

Press: 155/5,5,5,5,5

Deadlift: 370/5; much better than last week; felt really strong. I'd love to get to 405/5 by Spring.
