January 14, 2012: Week 2, Day 3

Squats: 275/5

Press: 155/5

Row: 180/5,5,5; 185/5; 195/5 (felt really good on this for whatever reason)

Will try to squat 275/5X5 on Day 1 of next week.

I am thinking about doing the flat bench press next week as well, but I haven't decided yet.
