  seated cable rows: 3 sets
  TRX Rows: 3 sets
  Lat PD's (single arm handles): 4 sets

Banded Face Pulls: 100 reps

Triceps
   straight bar pulley pushdowns: 2 sets
   reverse single arm pulley pushdowns: 1 set
   rope pulley pushdowns: 2 sets

Abs: 3 sets
