Beltless Paused Squat 4x5 at 65%  (250/5, 250/5, 250/5, 250/5)

High Bar Goodmorning 3x16  (65/16, 75/16, 85/16)

Posterior Pelvic Tilt Plank 3:30 minutes total

Alt Toe Touch 4x12/side  (did 48 total reps, but in a lot of sets, rather than 4x12)

Double KB Swing 4x30
