I decided to take some time off from the hex bar deads and do some hamstring work.
Planks (one minute break in between sets)

Glute Ham Raises (holding a bar)

* Did them on a whim tonight, but I need to work on doing these without holding anything. Must research the form some more.

Leg Press (high & wide, hamstrings concentration)

Seated Plate Loaded Calf Raises
