Week 39, Day 2

After playing basketball for 2 hours, I was able to do the following:

Small Workout- Shoulders

DB Side Laterals

10's/15,15,15,15,15 (45 seconds rest in between each set)

DB Front Raises

10's/15,15,15,15,15 (45 seconds rest in between each set)
