3 sets of biceps curls to conclude the workout.

ReplyDeleteRegarding curls, though, I just throw a few sets in at the end of a workout when I feel like it. As you can see, I don't bother to keep track of the weight I am doing with them. I do them more for peace of mind than for anything else.
how do they give u peace of mind?
