* I felt like my depth was excellent tonight.

Bench Press

123/5, 143/4, 168/3, 185/2, 205/1, 217/1, 235/1

Incline: 157/14,13

* Finished the workout with 3 sets of close grip decline bench presses at 137 pounds for reps
