Overhead Press

175 plug in weight.

85/5, 105/4, 125/3, 135/2, 140/1, 150/1, 155/1, 125/13

Incline Smith Machine- 350 Method

170/22, 170/12, 170/10 (44 total reps, +2 from last time)

Cardio

Jogged/slower 1 mile run.. a little under 8 minutes, just to get some cardio in.
