Deadlift

Stiff Legged Deadlift

253/10 (overhand grip)

Barbell Shrugs

* Still trying to find a weight where 20 reps is a challenge. 183 was very easy. May bump it up to 223 next week.

Chins

Barbell Curls

83/8,8

Abs

Decline Bench Sit Ups: 12,10,10 

* No complaints about this workout. Deadlifts felt good. The last two reps of the stiff legged set had me breathing heavy, but it was a great set.

    1. I wouldn't call it easy or hard.. somewhere in the middle. I could definitely do more than 5 reps, though. I keep it around that weight because I feel like I wouldn't be shrugging high enough if I increased the weight dramatically.

    2. It definitely seems like you can take a lot more weight for your 20 rep set. Just judging by where you strength levels seems to be in general.
