If Paul Carter wasn't Paul Carter, I would question this, but he's Paul Carter, so I am just going to do what he says.
Why would I question if someone else wrote it? Today's session was super easy... did it in about 40 minutes and absolutely none of it was challenging.
But, as I said, he's Paul Carter, so I will keep on keeping on.

If you are only on week two, you are still suppose to do 5 sets on incline, two on fly and 4 on push downs. The way I understand it, is you do not start easing the assistance work until phase two, which would be week 4.
ReplyDeleteYou are most definitely right. I realized this the day after I posted this entry when I reviewed the program again. I'll probably add an extra week of higher assistance work during the first week of phase 2 to make up for my mistake. Can't believe I screwed it up. Thanks, Scott.
