First 6 sets: 250/3 (fifth set was a little hard, sixth set told me I wasn't getting through 10 sets)
7th set: 250/2 (died halfway through the 3rd rep)
8th set: 245/3 (great set, so I went back to 250 for the 9th set)
9th set: 250/2 (died pretty much immediately at the start of the 3rd rep.. DONE)
10th set: 230/3 (just to get a 10th set in)
Barbell Rows: 155/10, 155/10, 155/10, 155/10, 155/10
