Last workout of 2021- Big Squat PR!

I am doing some traveling for the holidays, so today was my last day in the gym until January.

Squats
135/7, 225/4, 315/1, 365/1, 410/1, 440/1 (high), 445/1 (PR!)
   * 445 is a 15lb PR over my competition PR a month ago. What a way to finish out the best lifting year of my life!!

Deadlifts
155/5, 265/3, 375/3, 405/4, 405/4, 405/4

Bench Press (wide grip)
135/5, 185/3, 225/5, 225/5, 225/5, 225/4

Plate Loaded Rows: 4 sets

Abs
