  * Getting used to going wide.. I am definitely not as strong, though the ROM is a lot less.

Plate Loaded Shoulder Press Machine: 3 sets

Plate Loaded Row Machine: 3 sets

Abs- Captain's Chair Leg Raises: 3 sets

Triceps Pushdowns: 3 sets
