Tampa Meet Prep, Week 1, Day 2

GHD Back Extension 2x20

Competition Bench Press (with pause) 5x5 at 65% (190/5x5) followed by 1x4 at 70% (205/4)

Paused Larsen Press 3x10 at RPE 7 (165/3x10)

Competition Squat 4x5 at 70% (320/4x5)  followed by 1x8 at 55% (255/8)

Jack Knife 3x15/side - as few breaks as possible
