GHD Back Extension 2x20

Ab Wheel Rollout 3x8

Tempo Squat 3x8 at 50% (230/3x8) followed by 1x5 at 60% (275/5)

Close Stance Good Morning 3x8: SSB (205/3x8)

Tempo Close Grip Bench Press 4x8 at 55% (160/4x8) followed by 1x4 at 65% (190/4)

Wide Grip Pullup 50 total - however you'd like to split up (broken up throughout the workout)
