Deficit (1-2") Deadlift 1x2 at 80% (420/2) followed by 4x3 at 70% with the main goal being bar speed on that 4x3 (365/4x3)
Cossack Squat 4x8/side
KB Windmill 4x8/side
Single Arm Paused DB Press 5x8/side - heavy as possible on these (70 lb. DB)
Banded Tricep Extension 150 reps - as non stop as possible
