Touch and Go Bench (1+1F/3, RPE9)
255/3 (tied 3RM), 245/3  (I could have done more than 3 @ 255, but I followed the program.)

Barbell Rows
155/10, 175/10, 205/8, 225/6, 235/5, 235/6

Plate Loaded Rows: 3 sets

Abs: 3 sets

Triceps Pushdowns: 2 sets
