Incline Smith Machine

15 Degree Incline DB's
80's/7, 80's/6, 80's/6, 75's/6

* Very good workout. I liked adding Incline Smiths. You can see how much harder the 15 degree DBs were after doing both OHPs and Smiths. OHPs felt very strong tonight.
