The game plan for the next week will be as follows:
Tomorrow: Chinups, Curls & Abs
Tuesday: Bench Press to a 1 rep max, Deadlift to a one rep max
Thursday: Squats 5x5, Press 3x5
Friday or Sunday: Pullups, Chinups, Pendlay Rows
I will also add curls and abs at the end of one of the workouts.
Following next week, I will begin the new program.
