Conventional Deadlift PR! (now at a 1200 total)

Conventional Deadlift

(progression: 155/3, 265/1, 315/1, 375/1, 425/1, 465/1, 515/1)
* It was definitely tough, but the rep was clean. This was a total "out of nowhere" gym session, too.

This also means that I now have a 1200 total (405, 280, 515). Not too long ago, I said I would be happy with a 1200 lifetime total.. well, that is no longer true!

Bench Press
135/5, 185/3
225/8, 225/7, 225/6, 225/5

Hypers - 4 sets

Plate Loaded Shoulder Press- 4 sets
