Bench Press
135/5, 185/3, 225/5, 240/4, 240/4, 205/10
Plate Loaded Incline Press- 4 sets
Plate Loaded Shoulder Press- 3 sets
Abs- 4 sets
Cardio
* I am going to do some variations of the big 3 for a couple of weeks, mostly SSB squats, Kabuki trap bar deads, and machine pressing. After that, I will start a new program.
