135/5, 185/5, 210/5 (tied 5RM), 225/1, 225/1, 225/2, 210/4

Plate Loaded Shoulder Press- 4 sets

Plate Loaded Incline Press- 4 sets

Abs- 6 sets mixed in after some of the above sets

Cardio

* My strength in the incline press is still there. I didn't push myself to an absolute max on any of the above sets.
