Safety Squat Bar

Had some fun with the safety squat bar tonight:

Squats: worked up to 295/5, 295/5, 295/5, 245/10. 5 is a rep max at this weight. (had no idea that my previous RM @ 295 was only 2, set in July 2019. If I knew this was a rep max, I would have done more than 5 reps.)

SSB Good Mornings: 155/5, 135/9, 135/9, 135/9

Back Ext: 45/12, 45/12, 45/12

Abs: 2 sets

Cardio
