Running & Pull Ups
I decided to run again and do some pull ups.
1.5 mile run: 10:46.. new PR! (I was dead afterward.)
Pull Ups
4 (very slow w/hanging pause at bottom)
8 (continuous motion)
5 (continuous motion)
5, short rest, 4 (continuous motion)
