531, Month 6, Week 3b

Overhead Press
Plug in Weight: 185
45/15, 65/10, 95/5
135/5, 155/3, 171/2 (ties 531 PR; a little surprised I tied the PR because both 135 & 155 felt heavier than I expected)

Jeffersons
Plug in Weight: 405
135/10, 135/10, 225/5
305/5, 345/5, 391/1 (531 PR!! It was never in question. Didn't even bother to try a second rep because I was very happy with how the one rep felt, especially since I missed 388 last time. Overall, this is a +8 pound PR.)


I also did some Hammer Strength inclines, 15 degree dumbbell inclines, and T-Bar rows on the machine.

Well, that's it for the gym I've worked out in since 2009. It's also it for this workout log until March when I will be posting from my new home in Florida. Between now and the end of January, I am going to regularly attend bootcamp classes. I am doing a good deal of traveling in February, so I will approach working out on a day to day basis in that month.
