531, Month 5, Week 2a

DB Incline Press
Plug in Weight: 220
50's/12, 60's/5, 70's/3

80's/3, 90's/3, 100's/2 (reached a point where I couldn't do the minimum 3; not sure what my approach is going to be going forward. I am scheduled to try 105's/1 next week. This is where I would love to be able to add only 5 pounds total instead of 10, which is the negative when it comes to dumbbells.)

  2. Good thought. The only thing is that the DBs I use are rubber. I tried wrist weights before, but they were just awkward.
